Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This was our 3rd year staying at Vacasa. We have slowly moved toward the middle buildings and we were thrilled with the openness of the condo when we walked in. Lots of space for our two little ones. Every thing worked perfectly fine too, until the water outage issue (thanks, Vacasa). I saw a review where the garbage disposal was near the front bedroom, but we slept in this room and we didn't hear this at all (we were concerned this would be an issue but wasn't!). Also, being 8 months pregnant, I had no issues sleeping on the mattress. I saw another review that stated discomfort with the mattresses, but there will always be someone who needs a different mattress. We slept perfectly fine, as did our children. Everything was in working order and the condo was very neat. Would love to stay in this condo again.
Note for potential renters: There is a glass table in the living room and mirrors on the wall behind the couches. If you have small children and think this could be a potential issue, this place might not be for you. My kids aren't rough, but I was extra cautious when they were in the living room area and covered the table with a towel just to be safe. Balcony was awesome too.
Back to Vacasa- please do better when it comes to impediments with future vacationers. I was literally 8 months pregnant with 2 small children. I could not leave to fill up jugs of water two buildings over and haul them back. Each toilet took 2 gallons of water to flush so guess what didn't happen every day? Yea, toilets didn't get flushed. Made our stay just so wonderful. Also, the fear of my youngest drowning in a bathtub of water at night drove my anxiety up because that was your recommendation for the water outage. So thanks! The bathtubs didn't hold water anyway; they both drained. But when notified of this in advance, my fear was her finding that tub in the middle of the night (hers was filled to 3 inches bc of my fear). We were informed that the flood occurred 3 months prior, so please take into account that a Sea Colony vacation may be someone's only vacation for the summer (our situation), so it was a pretty crappy one (no pun intended).

Felt recently renovated compared to the other Sea Colony condos. Nice views. No hot water for our entire stay.
