This beautifully appointed 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home offers sweeping Gulf views from the front porch and even more breathtaking vistas from the crow’s nest, where you can see all the way to Destin. In the backyard, enjoy a large private pool with lounge seating, or step out the back gate to Cowley Park—home to a track, grassy field, tennis courts, basketball court, and a playground for the kids.

Inside, the open concept living, kitchen, and dining areas are designed with large groups in mind. The kitchen features an oversized island with seating for 10–12, and the dining table comfortably seats 15. The living room offers two separate sitting areas, one with a 60-inch flat-screen TV and the other perfect for reading or board games. Each of the six bedrooms includes a private bathroom and a 40-inch flat-screen TV, making it easy for guests to unwind in comfort. The ground level includes ample parking and shaded gathering space, while elevator access is available for an additional fee (waived for elderly or disabled guests). Booking Details
* Pool heating available for $80/day
Pool heating is available seasonally for $80 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.
