Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.

The property was as represented online. The location was is a stone's throw from Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, near anything you could need or want, restaurants, shopping, fishing, nightlife, steps away from the beach and a pool onsite just added to experience. Heed the helpful Hints about what to bring, (especially as it relates to paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The view from the second-floor master is picturesque. We had a group of 20 attending a College Graduation. To my surprise and satisfaction there were plenty of towels and a laundry to wash when needed. I have stayed at vacation rentals where that was not the case. The home was beautifully decorated; the layout accommodated several families with no complaints (always a plus). Upon departure and 200 miles away, we realized we had left an item. I contacted Gulf Coast Getaways, they immediately responded and provided instructions on how to retrieve. The family was very complementary about the property. This property offers everything you need to bring a family together to celebrate in one place. I would not hesitate to reserve this property in the future.

We came with our family for our youngest son’s wedding and we had a fantastic time. The beach was beautiful, the home was perfect for us. Great location to beach and restaurants!
