When outdoor temperatures drop below 50 degrees or rise above 92 degrees Fahrenheit, the efficiency of the heating or chilling function may decrease. Reduced performance due to low or high weather temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters/chillers and no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related limitations.

There are so many things to say about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. The accommodations were beautiful. The kitchen was so well equipped I was blown away by all the extras. The hosts had chairs and towels and had so many things available that were extremely nice. While we were a little disappointed with the weather for our time there, no worries at all… we hosted our own family ping pong tournament! They had corn hole too. It was easy to just pop downstairs in the back yard to the incredibly nice pool with ample chairs. The pool design was perfect. We had a few older family members that needed to use the elevator which was also a game changer to help them navigate the floors. The pool was also handy if they didn’t want to walk to the beach. There was also the perfect seating upstairs to play cards. The setup of the home was such that most bedrooms were on the second floor and the kitchen and entertainment area was upstairs which also worked out well for the early birds to get going away from the late sleepers. Overall I can’t say enough about the amenities and thoughtfulness of the hosts to truly think of everything you need to make this stay one you will never forget!
