Just steps from a dedicated beach access, this 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom (+ 2 half-bath) estate spans 5,200+ square feet and was custom-designed for elevated Gulf Coast getaways. With space to comfortably host up to 32 guests, this home is ideal for weddings, reunions, corporate escapes, or multiple families traveling together.

The second floor features an elevated private pool and hot tub, perfectly positioned alongside the main living area to offer panoramic views of the Gulf and Sound. Downstairs, a covered bar area with a second refrigerator makes outdoor entertainment a breeze. Inside, guests will find a spacious open-concept kitchen, living, and dining space, outfitted with premium appliances and generous seating—ideal for large group gatherings in total comfort.

Pool heating is available seasonally for $80 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.
* Hot Tub Heat: $80/day (up to 3 hours of scheduled use/day)
Pool heating is available seasonally for $80 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
