About this lodge
This place just keeps getting better. The newly renovated Red Cub Lodge is bigger, nicer and better than it has ever been before with room for the whole family. Brand new (2025) two story deck. At 1,300 sq ft, the new deck is the biggest and nicest room in the lodge. Space for 48 to dine on the main deck alone. Eight bedrooms, Seven baths. Two enormous Glamping Tents with King Beds. Brand new (Fall of 2024) deck with space for the whole family. Giant (25x50 ft) Warm Spring Fed Pool. Volleyball Court. TWO Competition Horseshoe Pits. Game Room. Check in went very well. Owner was there to greet us and give us advice on the grounds and use of the pool and hot tubs.Kitchen was well equipped and family was able to cook and serve meals mostly on the deck.Faculties were great with so much we could do right on site.

We loved our stay! There were 33 of us, from 75 to 7, and we had a wonderful time. We loved the new deck and ate on it every meal. We had family gatherings on it in the evenings and even a dance party one night. We would recommend this house to all our friends. Check in and out was super easy and when we had a question about anything, it was answered quickly.

Our whole group loved this property and we had a great time for our family reunion. Before our stay, the host was helpful to quickly answer any questions we had as we prepared to come. While we were there, we had some unforeseen issues that were out of the control of the host but he was quick to help resolve them for us. He was excellent and we would love to come stay again in the future.
