The house was very nice and spacious. The view out the back to the lake was beautiful. The house was well stocked with activities and games.Just a few minor issues. The listing says provide your own bath and beach towels. We chose to not provide the towels and ended up paying 2 a piece for the towels. That was an unexpected surprise. There were alot of rules and a long list of checkout items.Other reviews have mentioned the lake access being a problem. There is public access close to the lake. If you walk toward the lake and turn right there is a path to the public beach.

The host has been easy to work with and quickly responds. The cabin is wonderful for family gatherings. We spent hours just sitting on the deck catching up. The kitchen was well equipped and lots of space. The only thing I would recommend is changing the 8 twin bunk room. There are 8 cushions that you can put on the floor in the loft. Luckily we didn’t need extra beds. Plan to bring extra blankets. We are definitely planning to stay here again!

Pros…This cabin was beautiful on a beautiful piece of property! The grassy area in the back was fun to play games on in the evening after a full day on the water. The kitchen was nice and spacious for feeding large groups. Lots of bedrooms and entertainment. Over all the cabin was great! The beach this year was marshy because of the high water, but we went a little south and had plenty of sandy beach to play on!
Cons…There are A LOT of rules and a helicopter host. While we understand its a lot to rent these big houses it was just too much. We didn’t expect the pettiness of beach front property owners. As mentioned above we had to go south for sandy beach, not far, but because it wasn’t the beach right in front of our cabin we had other property owners approach us. I think many forget they don’t own the beach/lake, and they are very concerned with property lines. Just something to be aware of.
