* 16 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms with 6900 sq. ft. of living area. Sleeps 60 in beds & futons. 2 additional areas with futons besides the 16 bedrooms for extra guests if needed for a total of 60 people.
• Nine family suites (king or queen bed + futon in one room) available. Also, 7 Bedrooms with a King or Queen for couples on the main level. Pillow top mattresses. Futons have innerspring mattresses
• Located on 3 acres with grassy meadows, trees and a stream running thru the property.
• 20 x 26 Great Room w/ Large screen TV w/ Dish Network, local channels, VCR, DVD
• 24' X 31' Game Room has a Ping Pong Table, Pool Table, Game tables, Foosball
• Non-smoking house, No pets, Fiber Optic High speed internet
• Recently remodeled, fully equipped kitchen for large groups: 3 large refrigerators & 1 smaller refrigerator, crock pots, waffle makers, mixers, blender, roasters & many others. All new fingerprint resistant stainless steel apliances
• 2 glass top oven ranges and 2 Dishwashers, 2 breakfast/dining areas.
• 2 Gas bar-b-que grills, 2 outdoor Blackstone Grills; Patios in front and back with patio furniture
• All bed linens & kitchen towels are provided, Three 50 gallon hot water heaters
• Fenced area for the children with playground set and small enclosed trampoline.

• Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is only 25 minutes away and is one of Utah's best kept secrets. Over 664 ski-able acres, Beaver has well-maintained slopes, northeastern exposure for morning sun and avalanche-free conditions.

There were 16 bedrooms giving privacy especially for young family who needed to put babies down for naps and large eating areas.

Our extended family loved this Fish Haven property! With 30 family members staying, it never felt crowded. We had plenty of storage and comfortable gathering spaces. Our 10 year old granddaughter didn’t want to leave.

You Bet. Here is the Summary. We recently stayed at this cabin with a larger group and had a mixed experience.Pros: • There was plenty of parking, which made arrival and departure easy for everyone. • The eating area was spacious enough to accommodate our whole group, which was a nice bonus • It was very convenient having 4 grills, 2 which are black stones, which allowed for ease of cooking meals for a crowd. Cons: • Unfortunately, the cabin lacked a large common area for everyone to gather comfortably, which made group time a bit difficult. • The sleeping arrangements were quite cramped, and it felt like the space was stretched beyond its intended purpose we had 40 people sleeping it advertised 60-70, very cramped and tight. • Cleanliness was an issue—some areas were not as clean as expected upon arrival. • We had issues with the AC and actually were discouraged to use the A/C, by the owner, which made the space often uncomfortable during the stay. Especially in the evening. Many had sleepless nights in the cabin. There were tape on some of the AC units. It was told to just open the windows and it would cool down. It didn't cool down. • Towels were not included and had to be rented, which felt inconvenient and unexpected. This is the first time we have seen this in a rental. This is a standard item whenever renting a house.
