Recent updates (2016): New paint and carpet throughout, new small kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker). Located on the promenade level, this vacation rental getaway is just steps away from one of the pools, with kiddie pool. Go a few more steps and you are on the beach. The Farragut building is conveniently located to all the Sea Colony activities, indoor pool, fitness center and beach store. Sit on your patio and watch the children at the pool or just enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 4 TVs (all flat-screens), 2 DVDs, Wifi.

Walkout patio to pool and beach was amazing with a toddler! Beds and furniture were comfy!

We loved having the three bedrooms, and the location is fantastic! We were just steps from the beach and pools.
Couch and microwave could be updated, but bathrooms were beautiful. Overall a nice place to stay!
