All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.
~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.
**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

The whole place was very well appointed with everything we needed easily at hand. Big, well-stocked kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms, cozy space on table with plenty of board games to play and even a piano. Very comfortable.The house is situated in a stunning location with 360 views of the mountains and decks for watching the sunrises and sunsets over the mountains. The house is on a quiet road so feels like being in the countryside yet Salida is only a very short ride away and can easily be reached by walking, or cycling, down the bike path which runs in front of the house. Thus it provides a lovely mix of country living with the lively town of Salida close by and with access to trails along the river or up into the hills above the town. I was just there in the autumn with the incredible autumn colors all around.I highly recommend this property for families or just couples/adults wanting a relaxing time surrounded by beauty but with good shops, food and entertainment very close at hand.

A little outdated but a great home base for us close to town with plenty of room! The place was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in salida. Would highly recommend.

The property was clean, neat. and roomy. It had everything, and then some, needed to cook and be comfortable. It is an older house with some history right on a bike path in between Salida and Poncha Springs. It was very easy to get to either town. The owners wrote a brief synopsis of the house, but I would love to know more. We think that it still must be in the original family and we're curious as to who Angie was?
