Unique place to stay right in Old San Juan. Javier was a great host, answering all of our questions prior to our visit and providing a very easy check-in process. The property has a private entrance leading to two separate apartments: one with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, and the other with 5 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both units have their own kitchen and living room.It is important to note that guests staying in the larger apartment access their living room and kitchen via a spiral staircase to the second floor, which is also where two of the bedrooms and the second bathroom are located. However, this layout also grants access to a spacious outdoor deck! Overall, it was a great space for our group.Yes, the neighbors are bars, but that is exactly what you get for being in such a fantastic, central location. Bars get loud on the weekends, so you will have trouble sleeping while they are open... though I do recommend visiting them! There is also a coffee shop right across the street serving local Puerto Rican beans.

Amazing!! Plenty of space for the whole family with both units. House was very clean. No washcloths provided as expected. Great location!! Everything was very very easy and available. Thank you Javier and team!!
