Summary:
Welcome to The Beach Lodge, where we make vacationing with large groups a breeze! Our charming 8-bedroom house is perfect and can accommodate up to 22 guests. With a mix of king, queen, and twin-sized beds, plus three comfy sofa couches, everyone in your group will have a cozy spot to rest their head.
But that's not all, our place also features a home gym, so you can keep up with your fitness routine even while on vacation. Plus, with lightning-fast 1000mbps fiber optic internet, you can easily upload all your fabulous beach selfies.
We're located in the heart of San Juan's best neighborhood, Ocean Park. Our local beach is the best swimmable spot in town, perfect for lounging in the sun or catching some waves. But don't worry, we also know that vacation is about more than just the beach. That's why we're within walking distance to tons of amazing restaurants, bars, and shops on Calle Loiza. Plus, if you need to stock up on some essentials, Supermax grocery store is just a quick 3-minute walk away.
We take safety seriously here at The Beach Lodge, which is why we're proud to say that our neighborhood is family-friendly and secure. And for those traveling with multiple vehicles, no worries, we have two parking spots available for you right at the property.

The Space:
Our house is divided into two parts, the main master house and a connected structure with two large apartment-style units. The master house boasts 6 bedrooms and two spacious living rooms, with one featuring a huge dining table and fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The other living room is perfect for lounging with three cozy couches that can turn into comfy sofa beds. And when you're ready for some entertainment, head over to the game table or settle in to watch your favorite shows.
But that's not all! The connected structure has two additional bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, and one even has a gym for all your fitness needs. And with the safety and security of our gated property, you can rest easy knowing you and your loved ones are always protected.

Ocean Park is a vibrant and upscale neighborhood located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Known for its beautiful, swimmable beach, Ocean Park offers a laid-back and family-friendly atmosphere. The apartment is conveniently located about 20–25 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) and approximately 15–20 minutes from Old San Juan and the Cruise Port, depending on traffic. If you're looking to explore San Juan, we highly recommend using Uber for transportation. It's convenient, affordable, and a great way to get around the local area. However, if you plan to venture out and explore other parts of the island, renting a car is your best bet. This will give you the freedom to go wherever you want, whenever you want, without relying on a ride-sharing service. There are several car rental companies available at the airport, and we'd be happy to provide recommendations upon request.

This prime location was perfect for our group. We were able to get to all of our planned activities easily. The property is spacious and is right on the beach. The lay out of the house creates privacy for everyone staying there. Highly recommend this spot for big groups that want to be close to the beach.

Property owner was very communicative/responsive leading up to the trip as we were all coming from mainland US and had several questions on the way in. The house is great with 8 bedrooms (and at least 2 big suites in the adjacent house). Property is generally clean and very well located 2 doors from the beach and within walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Area appeared very safe too including walking around at night. Wifi and TVs all seemed to work well too and there are several fridges on property. We were several guys on a friends trip and I would recommend this to anyone.

Spent the week with friends and family to celebrate my birthday. 18 of us at this house and another 6 nearby. We all lasted thru tropical storm Ernesto at this house, it worked out perfectly. The generator was a blessing and kept the lights/TV/AC running, so we kept comfortable. Michael was great with communication and checked up on us. We had a blast!

The property has a wonderful location and it is a short Uber ride from most local attractions in San Juan

Several private security guards on the street.
Cons
Furniture looks warn
Kitchen in main house missing tile backsplash and had no cover over plug next to the faucet.
The plug over the sink is not GFI compliant.
Chipping paint in areas
Noticable water damage.
No window treatment, so the sun will wake you up.
My guess is the place is still recovering from the last storm.
If you are looking for luxury this may not be the place for you. If you are looking for a place to lay your head in a safe area this is for you.
