Beautiful late 16 century structure, situated in the emblematic "Viejo San Juan", right in the heart of the old walled city founded on 1509. Next to the 500 years old San Juan Bautista Cathedral (1529) and steps from restaurants and bars.

Excellent Location
Walking distance from top historical sights like the two forts, San Felipe del Morro and San Cristobal, museums, lots of dining options and great nightlife. The beach is a 2 min drive (Escambrón beach)!

My Girl Scout troop stayed here for our 4 nights in Puerto Rico. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of space to sleep and hang out! Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool table was an added bonus… the girls loved playing during downtime. The location was perfect for exploring Old San Juan!

What an amazing place and location. Julio who met to drop off keys in the beginning was so accommodating with getting us setup!We all want to go back for the Puerto Rico views and the Apartment!10/10 already recommending people to go visit and stay there!Thanks!!

Perfect location right in Old San Juan with lots of space to spread out. Two kitchen areas and a large gathering area as well. The only downside is the noise from the restaurant below, in particular on the weekend. It lasted until midnight.
