Casa Elena by Otium

The location was great. Just a short walk to the end of the street and you were on the beach, perfect. The apartment was very nice. We had a family four and it was plenty comfortable.

Parking was a little hard. There are enough parking spots for four vehicles, but sometimes other cars parked and blocked an open space so you couldn’t use it.

Very short walk to beach and restaurants. Beach chairs and ice chests available to use. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Parking available on the ground floor inside a security gate worked great for us, but might be hard to use with a larger vehicle depending on how many units were trying to park vehicles. The beach here is very nice.

My wife is uncomfortable when she feels enclosed. All the windows have shutters, which when opened leave only a screen in place. Since it was a little cooler than usual when we were there, we were fine with the shutters open and the AC off, but had it been hotter, we'd have had to choose between daylight and AC. Because the pictures we saw of the apartments at this address are all mixed together, it wasn't clear to us when planning that we would have no glass windows. Probably our fault for not noticing, and probably not an issue for most people. Not a deal breaker, either. We might choose to stay here again despite this. The bathroom could use a shower mat.

The appartment itself was very comfortable, but the location was wonderful, less than a minute walking distance to the beach and moving around by walk or uber was easy. Everything you need it's so near it's great. I had a few questions and they answered immediately. Excellent communication 😌👌. I would love to go back someday.

Location, cleanliness.

Extra towels/ beach towels/ dish towels would’ve been nice.
