Casa Elena by Otium

Close to the beach, apartment was amazing could see the beach from the balcony very nice layout

The door was a little scratchy but we didn’t have any issues

The apartment is super cute. Bed was very comfortable. Beach is only a 2 minute walk.

The patio had standing water a couple of times. My husband thinks something was clogged.

This location is right down the street from some of the tastiest places in San Juan! Also if you like waves during your beachtime, the ocean at the end of the street is perfect for ya. The apartment itself was very clean, though I recommend cranking the window panes open a bit when taking a hot shower so the steam lets out. On that note, the window panels are always letting fresh air in so it never feels stuffy, and the constant AC kept the temps perfectly cool no matter the heat outside. The TV has all subscription channels available to watch after your day trips and/or bar crawl, with gigantic couch included. The owner was also very quick to answer any messages which was a huge plus!

As much as I loved the balcony when I could step out on it on a dry day, the wet days made it unusable for most of our trip, since the water would pool on the deck instead of drain. :c Also, the mirror closets are a bit finicky, where we only felt comfortable opening one side as the other was stuck pretty good.

Estaba todo muy limpio, todas las instalaciones estaban prácticamente nuevas, ha merecido mucho la pena. La zona es segura ya que cuenta con seguridad en toda la zona.

No tengo ninguna queja, de verdad que el hotel estaba muy bien.
