Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone.
Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.
Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.

Loved the area, so many restaurants in walking distance. I loved that the beach was a few steps away! Beach equipment was nice to have, 6 beach towels, 5 beach chairs, and cooler!
I would have loved some staples in the house, ie basic seasonings, counter cleaning spray, ice, oil for cooking. Other than that, perfect stay!
