We had a great time in San Juan. The place was clean and has a great back patio and pool space. Everything worked without issue. The gates are self-locking, so it was great for feeling secure, but I can see people locking themselves out.
There are padlocks on the iron work on all gates except the front door. This meant the only way in and out was through the front door which is again great for security but made using the backyard inefficient. I think the key to the padlocks should be left for customers to open the entry/exits they are comfortable with. The one way in and out also left me wondering about fire safety. Again, allowing the customer to have access to the padlocks would fix this.
All in all, this place has a great location for restaraunts and beach access and is close enough for a quick Uber to Old San Juan and the airport.
Would consider staying again if we revisit PR in the future!

My family of 11 stayed at this house over Thanksgiving, and couldn't have been more pleased. The house itself was beautiful, with the most comfortable beds I've encountered. The kitchen seemed newly redone; the furniture in the house was very classy and in keeping with the atmosphere of the house.
We made use of the pool and the hot tub, and found that having a covered porch allowed us to enjoy the warmth during rainy evenings. We also used the huge table out by the hot tub for our evening meals together (Thanksgiving included), while other meals were spread out around other seating areas.
The bedrooms were exceptional, with more queen beds than you normally see. Amenities were as described, with special appreciation of the high quality of washer and dryer. In general, you feel as if you've found a lovely Spanish villa tucked away on a side street in San Juan!!

Our stay was fantastic. The house accommodated all of our needs. The location was great and a reasonable close walk to the beach, with plenty of food options along the way. The hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend.
