Welcome to our charming getaway in the heart of Santurce! This newly remodeled historic home combines Caribbean-Colonial design with modern decor, creating a warm & inviting atmosphere. Our spaciously designed interiors comfortably fit up to 16 guests. Step outside to discover vibrant La Placita de Santurce, just a short stroll away, where you'll find a lively array of restaurants & nightlife. Experience the perfect blend of comfort & convenience at this centrally-located unique retreat!
Welcome to our beautifully remodeled and thoughtfully curated property, designed for those seeking the perfect blend of privacy and togetherness—ideal for groups! CASA NANDIN features *two independent apartments* connected by an exterior staircase. Both units are identical and fully equipped, each boasting a modern kitchen, spacious island, living area, laundry room, and a balcony with a seating area and sun shades.
Distribution
Upon entering through the gate, you'll discover our charming outdoor terrace, complete with a table, chairs, and a large umbrella—perfect for your group to relax and enjoy. A few steps lead up to the balcony, where you’ll find the entrance to the lower-level unit.
Lower-Level Unit
Inside the ground-floor unit, you'll find an open layout that includes a family/living room with a large sofa and a 58-inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features an island that seats up to 8 guests, while the 11-foot ceilings enhance the spacious, colonial charm of the space.
The lower level includes four bedrooms:
The first two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, convenient closet space, air conditioning, and dedicated workspaces with desks and chairs.
The third bedroom is the master suite, featuring a king bed, ensuite bathroom, workspace, closet, independent AC, and a 43-inch Smart TV.
A spacious bathroom in the hallway offers a large shower and bidet for your convenience.
The fourth bedroom has a three-tier bunk bed with three twin beds, independent AC, and a closet.
With a large living area and a dining space that accommodates up to 8 guests, this unit feels like a true home away from home. All bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer, allows you to refresh your wardrobe throughout your stay.
Upper-Level Unit
Ascending to the second level, you'll find another spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. This unit also features four bedrooms:

The master bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom, workspace, closet, independent AC, and a 43-inch Smart TV.

At the back of the property, you’ll find one of our most special areas—another outdoor terrace featuring a sitting area, a Weber grill, and a stunning hand-painted mural by local Puerto Rican artists, perfect for memorable photos!
Location
CASA NANDIN is conveniently located within walking distance of the vibrant La Placita de Santurce, along with a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A Walgreens and Walmart Supercenter are just a few blocks away!
For ease of travel, we recommend using Uber or renting a car while exploring Puerto Rico, as the area is bustling with shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, and attractions. While street parking may be available, it is not guaranteed. For your convenience, a private paid parking lot is located just a block and a half away, approximately a 4-minute walk, at a reasonable nightly rate.
Kindly note that there is another completely separate apartment unit behind the property that is also rented out. That unit has a totally separate entrance. Please do not be alarmed if you see other guests going in or out of the other property through the right-side garage entrance (separate from your entrance gate). Please note that your front and back entrances and terraces are private and exclusively yours during your stay.

Both the upper and lower units were wonderful. They were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was so handy having Walmart just a couple blocks away for groceries, and we found several restaurants we enjoyed just a short walk away. We were able to walk to the beach and most places we wanted to go. Ubers were readily available for places further away. We had trouble with the shower, but Jorge was there in five minutes and fixed it. I would definitely stay here again.

Jorge is an amazing host who accommodated a large group of 15 guys over MDW. The property is stunning, clean and spacious, and has two units that sleep everyone easily. The check in process is seamless and Jorge helped by even providing us local recommendations for entertainment and food. Very highly recommend!

This property was outstanding for my friends and family while we visited San Juan . It was in a great location , walking distant from local stores , beaches and cafes. Jorge and his team were extremely accommodating, responsive , and friendly. I highly recommended this rental if your thinking of where to stay in San Juan
