About this house rental
In a prime location, a beautifully decorated, fully furnished residential property with three areas. These areas, listed below, had been offered separately under listings 4629425, 4629426 and 4095295. However, since the property sleeps up to 14 guests, we have decided to offer the whole compound under this listing.
1. A one level home with two bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, entry foyer, living room (with queen size sofa bed), full terrace overlooking swimming pool, laundry room, lots of storage, granite tops, excellent lighting, central air conditioning and television.
2. A second floor apartment home with two bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, entry foyer, large living-dining room (with queen size sofa bed), balcony, laundry room, lots of storage, granite tops, excellent lighting, central air conditioning and television. Stair access is provided to an open terrace on the roof.
3. A very private studio apartment (5th bedroom) with queen size bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, lots of storage, granite tops, excellent lighting, air conditioning and television. This fully equipped unit is on a second level accessed by a spiral stair and includes access to a huge furnished rooftop terrace.
Short walking distance to Ocean Park beach, major hotels and casinos, restaurants, pubs, gyms and shopping. Parking for 5 vehicles on the premises is included.
In the event of any power or water supply issues with city utility services, the whole property is equipped with a 50 kVA power generator and two 600 gallon water tanks with electric pumps.

I would give it 4.5 stars. Very good property. Everything was thought about well. All the linen, fixtures, utensils etc were more than adequate and good quality. Spacious property. We reserved the entire property which had 5 rooms and 6 bathrooms.The pool was cute too. We did have an issue with not enough hot water in one of the units. Fernando tried to fix it but unfortunately couldn’t fix it in time since it needed electrical fixing. The under sink garbage disposal was manual and didn’t work well. The electrical one was unplugged and needs to be replaced/fixed. There was a whirring noise from the terrace that was constant and a slight annoyance in the night. Maybe another thing that the owner needs to invest money in fixing. The AC was powerful and amazing. Overall, still highly recommended if you are a large party of 12-14 folks.

This is our second time visiting in Puerto Rico in the past 2 years. We stayed the first time in a resort on the ocean, this time we stayed at this place to attend our daughter's wedding in Old San Juan. We were actually closer to the beach here then walking from our hotel room. You do not have a view of the ocean from here but the beach is exactly one block away. The property is very private especially for located on a busy road. You can hear the traffic at times but it was not an issue for us. It could be an issue if you are a very light sleeper. We had a good sized pool to ourselves with a wonderful outdoor living area. The best part was having three separate living quarters to spread out with our family. When we come back to visit our in-laws with our large family this is the place we will stay at again. The property is well stocked with kitchen supplies, pool towels, regular towels, paper products, soap, bug spray, even a safe in every unit, everything you can think of. The only thing that would make it better would be a few beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. The property manager, Fernando was helpful and friendly and very easy to work with. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!
