Welcome to Unit 221, "Manatee," a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo situated on the second floor. This unit features authentic Belizean hardwood furnishings and a warm, inviting atmosphere that will feel like a home from home.
Ideal for Families: Unit 221 is specifically designed for flexibility, featuring a unique convertible bedding system in the second bedroom (Queen bed + two twin beds), making it perfectly suited for families or groups who require separate beds. The unit comfortably sleeps up to six guests.
Coastal Setting: The condo features a large private balcony overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens and the Caribbean Sea—an ideal spot for outdoor dining or watching for dolphins and manatees. The kitchen is fully appointed for dining in, and the unit includes in-unit laundry.
Access Note: This condo is located on the second floor of a three-story building and requires the use of two flights of steps (no elevator access).

• Master Bedroom: King-size bed with en suite bathroom and balcony access.
• Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed and a convertible bunk bed system for two Twin beds.

This is a well-appointed condo and the grounds are beautiful. We spent every day in the pool, on the pier, or on the beach. The hot tub is very hot! In the condo you'll find plenty of bath and beach towels, pillows, and blankets. The kitchen has a good selection or pots, pans, and dishware You will need a golf cart or car if you want to explore, though there are bikes for guests' use. Our host was available to answer questions. The grounds crew worked nonstop. We had a lovely time here.

We had an amazing family stay At Cocoplum our second time back. The rooms are beautiful, fully stocked with everything you need, comfy beds. Nice quiet family place to hang out and unparalleled beach access on the peninsula simply amazing. you won’t regret staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villas at Cocoplum and would highly recommend. We traveled with our kids 14 and 16 and had more than enough room. The host was the best host we’ve ever experienced, no exaggeration!! Phenomenal communication, excellent recommendations and support. The little local map was a terrific resource for our family. Thank you so much :) We enjoyed fishing off the pier and enjoying lunch on the deck in particular. We would love to come back for a future vacation.

Loved the property. Everyone was wonderful like all the people in Placencia. Kimberley couldn’t be nicer n more welcoming. Maintenance was great. Definitely will be back miss the lobster
