Arrive and walk into the front door upper level and you will find a full kitchen, beautiful living room equipped with a pull-out sofa bed. Master Suite bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and an additonal office/dressing lounge overlooking the lagoon. There is another full bathroom off the living room / kitchen area. Huge upstairs veranda deck overlooking the Mayan Mountains and Lagoon.
Lower Level is accessible inside or outside, and it has two additional King Bedrooms, a living room area with an additional pull out sofa, with SMART TV, Kitchenette, Laundry Room, and another full bathroom with shower.
The Downstairs living space opens up onto the rear patio with direct access to the swing bar, dipping pool, palapa dock, and palm trees. Private beach with lagoon access.

We really enjoyed the property and the cleanliness. The porch is a great place to read, peaceful. First time on the lagoon side and we really enjoyed it.
