Welcome to Unit 312, a spacious, comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo situated on the first floor. This unit, nicknamed "Gibnut," is vibrantly decorated with local artwork and exotic mahogany, creating a true home-from-home atmosphere.
Optimal Location: Being on the first floor (raised ground level), Unit 312 is just steps away from the infinity pool, hot tub, beach, and private pier. This is the easiest access point to all amenities in the building.
Unit Features: The living area is designed for group entertainment with a games table and a Queen-size Murphy Bed to accommodate two extra guests. The Main Bathroom includes a stunning soaking tub. Enjoy the sea air from the private balcony, which is equipped with rocking chairs. The full kitchen includes a breakfast bar and full appliances. The unit includes AC, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a convenient in-unit washer/dryer.
Access Note: This property is on the first floor but is raised above ground level and requires the use of 6 steps to access it, making the property unsuitable for wheelchair users.

This condo is Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Very functional kitchen with quality appliances, fridge has ice maker.Location was perfect.

The unit was just as described. The property manager quickly responded to questions and made the check in and out process very easy. He gave suggestions on area amenities helped with transportation and overall was very pleasant to deal with. The space was clean and comfortable. It was a great stay.

We are VRBO owners in Costa Rica and this property was the perfect place to stay.
Herb was a great host (he took care of our reservation and all the details of our stay in Placencia) He help us plan a couple of activities in the area ( that we would have never found by our selves).
The location is great, out of town but fairly close to everything... we got a car so it was easy to move around.
The condo was in mint condition, super clean and with everything we needed for our stay. Super private, safe, quiet and away from the crowds!
i did a lot of research in the area and this property is a great value! Looking forward to our next visit....
