Welcome to Villa 332, a comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo situated on the third floor. The unit is distinguished by its bright, cheerful decoration and practical, flexible layout, creating an inviting and fun atmosphere that perfectly suits a tropical getaway.


Amenity-Focused Location: Situated on the third floor, the unit provides excellent sea views from its private veranda. Guests have immediate, easy access to all the community's high-value amenities, including the beachfront infinity pool, relaxing hot tub, and private 200-foot pier—all just a short walk downstairs.


Unique Unit Features: The main living area is light-filled. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. A valuable feature is the private BBQ grill located directly on the veranda, ideal for outdoor cooking and dining. The flexible layout includes a dedicated loft bedroom.


Access Note: This unit is located on the third floor of a three-story building and requires the use of stairs (no elevator access).

What a perfect location being a little out of town but at the perfect distance to easily get there. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The unit was perfect with all the necessary needs plus some. We usually always stay at different location when we travel and the whole family agreed we all want to come back and stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here in Belize for pur first trip. We chose Placencia for tha laid back and family feel environment with ease of accessibility to all activities and adventures. Beautiful, clean, and well maintained property with nice pool. Thank you for the use of kayaks and SUP. Love the palapa which my husband used to go fishing while I took my naps. We hope to come back for another visit in the future.

The Villas at Cocoplum sit approximately halfway down the Placencia peninsula. We enjoyed being a bit off the beaten path but with easy access to near-by restaurants, grocery store, and Placencia village. Our condo was clean, fully appointed, well air-conditioned, and perfect for our family of 4. Weather precluded us from using the available kayaks and paddle boards, but we enjoyed cocktails on the dock on several nights. We rented a golf-cart to get around, which was sufficient. We didn't need a car. Highly recommend this location!

We stayed 4 nights and greatly enjoyed our stay. We loved being right on the beach, with a pool. The penthouse was very clean, quiet, had comfortable beds and was in a good location. We liked staying a bit away from town, easy golf cart ride to downtown Placencia. Check-in and communication was excellent. We hope to return soon!
