Welcome to Unit 312, a spacious, comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo situated on the first floor. This unit, nicknamed "Gibnut," is vibrantly decorated with local artwork and exotic mahogany, creating a true home-from-home atmosphere.
Optimal Location: Being on the first floor (raised ground level), Unit 312 is just steps away from the infinity pool, hot tub, beach, and private pier. This is the easiest access point to all amenities in the building.
Unit Features: The living area is designed for group entertainment with a games table and a Queen-size Murphy Bed to accommodate two extra guests. The Main Bathroom includes a stunning soaking tub. Enjoy the sea air from the private balcony, which is equipped with rocking chairs. The full kitchen includes a breakfast bar and full appliances. The unit includes AC, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a convenient in-unit washer/dryer.
Access Note: This property is on the first floor but is raised above ground level and requires the use of 6 steps to access it, making the property unsuitable for wheelchair users.

The unit was just as described. The property manager quickly responded to questions and made the check in and out process very easy. He gave suggestions on area amenities helped with transportation and overall was very pleasant to deal with. The space was clean and comfortable. It was a great stay.

Our family of four was very comfortable in the condo, which had plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. Herbert was very helpful in answering questions promptly and giving us recommendations for a snorkel trip. We appreciated that the was spotlessly clean, had great, AC, and was just steps from the pool and sea. We also enjoyed the amenities, including beach cruisers, kayaks, and cornhole. Finally, we loved the restaurant just a short walk up the beach at the Naia resort.
Our one discontent was a reality almost everywhere we visited on the Placencia Penninsula - that is, the effort on the part of condos/hotels to preserve the beach by building rock "seawalls." The result of these seawalls is about 6 feet of stagnant water with seaweed and trash between the edge of the beach and the rock walls. The smell was gross and it was an eyesore. We were able to swim off the pier, which was beautiful.
