The Vigliena Apartments are located in front of the ancient Forte Vigliena, a fortress dating back to the Bourbon era. Inside this recently renovated building, you will find two panoramic apartments, accessible by a modern elevator.
The Space:
The first floor hosts an apartment developed on a single level, with two spacious bedrooms and private bathroom, a large living room and two balconies that offer a direct view of the sea and Forte Vigliena. The kitchen, equipped with a fully equipped island, completes the welcoming atmosphere. In addition, there is an internal terrace for the exclusive use of guests, furnished with garden furniture and plants that, on hot summer days, offer shade and refreshment.
Upstairs, you will find a suite with two bedrooms and a private bathroom, a large living room, an equipped kitchen and a private terrace from which you can admire the island of La Maddalena up to the suggestive scenery of the wavy Plemmirio.
All the rooms are air conditioned and offer Wi-Fi coverage with optical fiber to ensure a comfortable and connected stay. Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the apartment, accessible via elevator or private stairs. Enjoy full use of the four bedrooms, each with a double bed, five full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and living room. You'll also enjoy all the amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a balcony with city views.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this property is managed by Dimore in Sicily, which requires the signing of a rental agreement pursuant to Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. This includes registration of the documents required for issuing the invoice. These documents are used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, as required by Italian law. A 4.0% tourist tax per person, per night, is payable upon check-in, for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights. A security deposit is also required to cover any damage to the apartment.

The rooms were exactly as pictured and they were beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the everything was spotless. The most captivating aspects were the views of the Mediterranean. They were spectacular. Our hosts, Fabio and Germana were very accommodating and helpful. Fabio found and scheduled a wonderful afternoon boat excursion for us that included a sunset that we will long remember. We spent six night in Ortigia that were truly one of the best vacations we’ve taken. Ortigia is simply one of most beautiful places we’ve visited,

A stunning location! Stylish, perfectly situated, with a wonderful sea view and close to lots of sweet restaurants.
Interior of the flat is high class. Service is friendly and caring. We couldn‘t imagine a better place to experience Sicily.
