Located in the Syracuse area, close to the village of Belvedere, Villa Ghita is a lovely countryside property with a private swimming pool. Close by, you will find shops, banks and restaurants (3 km) and the historic city of Syracuse (7 km), notable for its rich Greek history, culture, architecture, and as the birthplace of the preeminent mathematician and engineer Archimedes.
Within driving distance, you will also find the other baroque towns of Noto, Modica and Ragusa Ibla and the nature reserves of Pantalica, Cassibile and Vendicari.
The 420 square meter villa develops over 3 levels.
On the lower floor you will find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one twin bedroom (with 2 single beds), one bathroom (with shower), a massage room and a laundry room.
On the raised ground floor you will find a large living area (with comfortable seating and fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen (with dining area). One double bedroom (with double bed) with walk-in closet, one bathroom (with shower) and one bathroom (with whirlpool bath).
