The apartment is exceptionally beautiful. Would rate it 10/10 on design purely.
To be advertised as luxury it lagged a lot.
Bathroom was very under stocked. No conditioner or lotion. Only one towel provided for a two night stay.
It gets loud at night due to the restaurant. Would have been great if ear plugs were provided. There was no personal touch. It’s a beautiful space but it lacked warmth you would expect from hosts.
Check in was a bit of hassle too. Only one bottle of drinking water. Also you can’t leave the air conditioning running. So if you are out during the day you come back to a very hot apartment which takes a fair bit of time to cool.
For the money you are paying these are the minimum expectations in my opinion.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend these apartments. They are exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, combining modern style with the charm of a historic building in the heart of Ortigia.
The hosts were absolutely amazing—friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. They quickly resolved every small issue we had and even surprised us by cleaning the apartment and replacing the towels during our stay, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Ortigia.

We booked the corner King suite in what seems to be a three apartment grouping. It is housed in a gorgeous Palazzo but the room itself is a complete contrast. It has been modernized from top to bottom and was exceptionally spacious, gracious, beautifully outfitted for the traveler, and our corner room had 2 2 2 10-foot high French door/windows. An exceptional set up. Maybe it’s because we booked last minute, but we couldn’t believe the value for the money. There is no staff here – this is not a hotel, but an apartment – but the instructions are clear and detailed. The owners are there for you if you need them. Truly one of the best places we have ever stayed.
