The apartment was very comfortable, super clean and full equipment all new. The attention of the hosts were supreme, perfect location just im front of the ocean and in Ortigia island to reach all major attractions by walking. You can leave the car in a parking that is located just in front of the building with anticipated reservation or 5 minutes public parking walking distance.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, geräumig und hell. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch alle anderen Räume sind sehr schön und sehr sauber. Der Parkservice direkt gegenüber der Strasse ist ein plus, da es in Syrakus an Parkplätzen mangelt. Besonders beindruckt hat uns Atika, die uns mit unserem schweren Gepäck geholfen hat und klaglos unsere Koffer in den 2. Stock geschleppt hat. Vielen Dank! Ganz besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse, mit einem Blick der seinesgleichen sucht.
Wir waren uns nicht bewusst, dass die Wohnung im zweiten Stock ohne Fahrstuhl lag.

Parkservoce gegenüber (allerdings 20 EUR pro Nacht) Zumindest kleiner Balkon, reicht grad knapp für 2 Personen, unkomplizierter Check-in, Aussicht aufs Meer, direkt im Zentrum. Geräumige Wohnung.
Im Bad hat es Schimmel an der Wand, das ist schade, alles andere ist so schön…

Super gelegen, sehr ansprechend möbliert und ausgestattet, einfacher Check-in.
Die Sicht auf einen minikleinen Innenhof war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber es war dadurch ruhig. Sehr unglücklich war jedoch der fehlende Sichtschutz wie auch jegliche Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer, wo jeder, der den Gang entlang ging, uneingeschränkten Einblick in‘s Schlafzimmer hatte. Wer‘s mag… und wer die gesamte Nacht jeweils vom Licht ankommender oder gehender Menschen geweckt werden will…
