Independent apartment set in a private village (Borgo) within of a private and exclusive 300 hectares property in the most beautiful and peaceful country side at 4 km from Spoleto City of Art. Suitable for couples with or without children and groups of friends, who want to relax in nature enjoying a beautiful unspoiled landscape, playing outdoor sports. Numerous activities on site: Spoleto-Norcia bike path, mountain bikes available for free, tennis and horse riding, etc.
The apartment is on two levels with garden and private terrace covered by pergola and overlooking a beautifull land view.
On the first floor: entrance from the terrace, large living room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and dining table for six people, one bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds and bathroon with bathtub.
On the second floor in the tower: one bedroom with double bed.
Total sleeps maximum 6.
Size of apartment: 100 sqm. Terrace 40 sqm.
Minimum stay 3 days.
The heating is not included, it is an additional cost.
