No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Excellent condition, layout of property is perfect. Everything needed in kitchen was there. Easy contact with property management for couple of minor details. Location ideal. Easy access to beach direct from house.

Great house for our stay. We shared this place with friends; 9 of us total, 5 being kids and this house fit us nicely. Between the cut and the community pool, so the location is great. Very short distance to the water makes beach setup easier. Pool under the house is a great place to hide from the sun. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the house and beach! HOWEVER - WIFI connection was very spotty - providing internet connection maybe 10% of the time, a bit in AM and a bit in the PM. And, pool was too cold to use 😒
