The exterior of this home offers under house concrete parking, an enclosed entry, and a convenient elevator to quickly unpack your vacation goodies. A private boardwalk takes you directly to the sandy shore, and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water awaits you after a full day in the sun.
Dip in the private pool (heated for a fee) with a waterfall spa overlooking the Gulf or let your cares melt away in the 6-person hot tub!
A fish cleaning area and park-style grill are provided for your fresh fisherman's catch.
An exterior staircase provides added convenience from every level when heading to the pool or beach. A laundry room with washer/dryer on the ground level.
The first floor offers large sliding doors with direct access to the covered deck with rocking chairs and a patio table for al fresco dining. The living area offers a flat screen TV and plenty of comfy seating.
The dining room seats 10 for fantastic coastal meals, and the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances will make any chef happy. A breakfast bar that seats three is perfect for your morning cup of coffee or a quick sandwich.
The SW king bedroom enjoys a flat screen TV, direct access to the Gulf view deck and a full private bathroom with two vanities and a double shower.
A one-half bathroom is provided for guest use on this floor.

My family and I have spent the last 15 years celebrating Thanksgiving on St George Island in the Plantation. This year we selected a perfect property. Seaclusion was just the right size for our growing family and in a perfect spot on the island. The large dining table was perfect for my 3 granddaughters to enjoy crafts and dining with our favorite fur baby hanging out under their feet waiting for anything they might drop. I would highly recommend this property, the size is great the location is wonderful the home is clean and tidy and offers all the kitchen necessities I needed to create an amazing Thanksgiving dinner. The only con to the property was the internet connection, we had constant issues with our phones and trying to connect to stream TV has well as work if we needed to.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The property manager, Roxanne, was very responsive to questions we had before and during our vacation. This house is directly on the beach with only a short boardwalk to take from the house to the ocean, which makes hauling gear easy. The house also contains baby gates and and a pack and play that allowed us to travel more lightly with kids. The house was clean and everything worked. We would stay here again!

What a perfect location for a family gathering! We have been visiting SGI at least twice annually since 1985 and find Seaclusion to be the very best house on the island! Spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, this house has two separate living areas and a great master on the main floor. The kitchen is well designed and stocked.
It is an extra bonus that this house is rented through a local company, GO SGI Vacation Properties. The personalized service and information we received leading up to our vacation and the rapid response to a request for more beach chairs once we arrived was outstanding.
Roxanne took care of everything for our family.

The house appeared to be well used by a family with children before we came….markers and paint on tables. Handprints on walls and bannisters… dining room curtains looked like they had been used for a dinner napkin
