Property with great location. House very comfortable, very well laid out. On the down side the elevator did not work when we needed it, the toilet on the bottom floor ran all the time and the lid needed to be lifted and flapper manipulated, and 3 different species of live roaches were seen in the house.

The kitchen was very wall equipped. Two dishwashers and double oven were welcomed as we ate all but one meal there. Beds very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the deck rocking chairs
Suggestions: more kitchen towels; provide beach towels; and a gas grill is neater and easier than a charcoal . We all highly recommend this VRBO.

We had the best time. The house was perfect for our family of 8 plus 2 dogs.The weather was cooler than expected but we still had plenty of fun on the dog friendly beach. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath and the kids loved the bunk room. It was clean and had a good selection of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The refrigerator ice maker was broken but there was a separate ice maker which was fine. We had a problem with one of the sliding door and repair was done very quickly. The deck facing the beach has plenty of rockers and a table with chairs. The elevator was a god send and easy to use. I'd recommend this house if you are planning a stay on St. George's Island.
