Enjoy a great, secluded Island location yet still close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, St. George Lighthouse Museum, and the stylish shopping, arts, and culinary scene of Apalachicola!
The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, a six-person hot tub, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, a park-style grill for beachside cookouts, and an amazing private boardwalk to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enclosed foyer stairs provide access to the spacious living/dining/kitchen area on the first floor. Barefoot Bungalow's beachy furnishings create lots of space for your family and friends to spread out and relax. The living area offers a large TV, a queen sleeper sofa, amazing views of the Gulf, and glass doors that open to the beachfront deck. The teak furniture on the covered deck is perfect for relaxation and alfresco dining. Enjoyed our stay and loved the location. Could not ask for better weather and ocean view. Property was very clean ( minus some kitchen ware) and the entire process was very easy. My recommendation on whoever rents if you are doing a good amount of cooking will need to bring some of your own supplies. Spices, cooking utensils, foil/saran wrap, trash bags (only had 4 below the sink) and most important for us...a coffer maker!!! They had one but it took a lot longer to brew than the average coffee maker and we are big coffee drinkers. Would stay again but would more prepared as far as the kitchen.

The house was so beautiful inside and out. Check-in/out was extremely easy. The house was spotless on arrival and the views were unmatched. We had a wonderful time!

Great location and could be a great house. Beds were great, but all other furnishings need to be replaced inside and out. Drapes were filthy and the lower deck is in poor shape. Mold in the washing machine and roaches in the kitchen.
