At the gates of the salt marshes and just a stone's throw from La Baule, come and stay in this charming house located in Careil and then set off to discover the Guérande Peninsula with its grandiose landscapes. You will appreciate its environment, between countryside and seaside as well as its very warm atmosphere. Rejuvenating holidays on the programme!
Welcoming and comfortable 110 m² house with garden located in Careil, municipality of Guérande, which has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a spacious lounge with a television, a dining room, a veranda equipped with garden furniture, a enclosed garden also equipped with furniture, a barbecue, two bedrooms each with a double bed, one of which is on the ground floor, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, a shower room with hairdryer and washing machine. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a raclette machine and a citrus press. The fireplace is not usable. Two parking spaces for your vehicles are available in front of the house.
