In the heart of the seaside resort of La Baule Escoublac, put down your suitcases and enjoy the calm of the district.
You will stay in a renovated house of 88 m2.
When you arrive, leave your car and enjoy the holidays. You can do everything on foot. The bakery 2 minutes away, the large sandy beach 5 minutes away, 10 minutes the market, the Casino Barrière, Thalassotherapies and many shops...
The house offers on the first floor a living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a pantry with storage, washing machine and a toilet.
Upstairs, a master bedroom with cupboards, shower room with toilet.
2 large bedrooms with wardrobes and a shower room with toilet.
Outside, you benefit from a 30 m2 terrace with awning (sunny at lunchtime), a table for 6 people for meals and 2 deckchairs.
