Outside:
- A 7 m² balcony, facing southeast with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in La Baule-Escoublac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- La Baule beach about 900 m away (one of the longest beaches in Europe)
- Water sports: sailing, water skiing, paddleboarding, jet skiing, tubing, kayaking, etc.
- Walks in the Dryades park or the Escoublac forest
- Various activities: golf, mini golf, horse riding, tennis, or adventure courses
- Visit the Côte d'Amour Peninsula Aeronautical Museum
- Local market: oysters, Guérande salt, galettes and salted butter caramel, and handmade souvenirs
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the station car park, near the apartment (paid parking). An electric charging station is available nearby, in the Baule-Escoublac train station car park.
