About this house rental

Charming fully renovated house located 250m from the market La Baule, 250m from the main shopping avenue De Gaulle, 500m from the sea and the train station. The house is located in a very quiet street where you can enjoy a terrace at the front of the house and a garden at the back sheltered by the pines.
It consists of a living room of 32 m2 with an open kitchen of 11m2 fully equipped. A parental room in rdc with television and room of shower. Upstairs, a shower room, a spacious bedroom and a dormitory with 3 children's beds.
Decoration neat and zen.
Bikes are available.

La maison est très fonctionnelle, très moderne avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Elle est idéalement située à quelques pas du marché, de tous les commerces et de la plage. Quel bonheur d'aller chercher ses produits frais tous les jours! Et le soleil était au rendez-vous ! Bref, des vacances parfaites !!!

Tres jolie maison fonctionnelle, lumineuse et tres propre. Un emplacement de choix a La Baule, tout a pieds! Nous avons passe 9 tres bons jours et l attention portee par Olivier au bien etre de ses locataires est tout simplement excellente!

Maison idéalement située, entre le marché et l'avenue de Gaulle. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison décorée avec goût et fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire était très à l'écoute et voulait s'assurer que tout se passait bien. Nous reviendrons!

Un vrai coup de chance. Nous avions loué un bien dans le centre de la Baulle depuis 3 semaines (via Foncia...), et on nous a informé par téléphone que celui-ci n'était plus disponible... à 3 jours de notre arrivée. C'était sans doute un exemple du proverbial "un mal pour un bien", cette maison s'étant révélee parfaite pour nous (famille de 3) : joli jardin verdoyant côté rue, petit jardin minéral sur l'arrière, cuisine ultra-moderne et barbecue, un intérieur décoré simplement mais avec goût. Nous nous sommes d'emblée sentis chez nous. Le meilleur : une localisation PARFAITE entre le marché, la gare et la mer. Mention spéciale à Olivier et à sa charmante épouse, dont l'accueil et la bienveillance furent sans pareils.

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans cette très jolie maison entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est parfait et rien ne manque.Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Et l'emplacement est idéal à deux pas du marché et du centre de la Baule sans un bruit! Une de nos meilleures locations !A recommander sans hésitation.Nous avons hâte d'y revenir!
