Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, situé dans un environnement calme. Même en hiver et bien que peu utilisée, la grande terrasse donne une impression d’espace particulièrement agréable. Le box en sous-sol avec ascenseur direct libère avantageusement de toute contrainte de stationnement et permet de ranger vélos et autres accessoires. Enfin la proximité du front de mer facilement accessible à pieds est un atout pour cet appartement.
