Single-storey house ideally located 150 m from the beach in the family and quiet area of the Esplanade Benoît.
The house is referenced by the Etoile de France organization which is in charge of the classification of Tourist Accommodation. This offers you a guarantee of the quality of our house.

Composed of 7 beds, including 2 bedrooms with water point, a new kitchen and a renovated bathroom equipped with a shower:
- Bedroom n°1 with 160/190 double bed and washbasin
- Bedroom 2 with a 90/190 bed and 90/200 bunk beds
- Bedroom n°3 - independent of the house - Access from the outside - with a double bed 140/200, a sink and a separate toilet, ideal for a couple or for a teenager(s)

Washing machine & dryer

At your disposal:

Un grand merci à Christine de mettre à disposition sa superbe maison. On s y sent très bien. Tout est fait avec goût et du matériel de bonnes qualités. Nous étions avec un enfant de 4 ans et deux bébés, la maison est parfaitement adaptée. Il ne manque rien ! Cela me rappelle ma maison de famille. A deux minutes de la plage, tout est possible à pieds !
