It looked exactly like the pictures, so much room we were not on top of each other and had the most comfortable bed!!! Close to the wedding venue. The weekend we were there there was lots going on down town , you could walk down to the amphitheater, or we could hear from the front porch.

The location was unbeatable. Staying on Millionaire’s Row was like stepping back in time, while staying at a completely renovated home with modern comforts. The surrounding mansions, such as the Upton House, Packard mansion and the Kinsman house also offer tours by appointment. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating! We are already planning our next visit to this historic area.

The house was clean, easy to check into and was spacious. The beds were really soft and comfortable and the big seating area in the living room allowed us to congregate to talk and hangout. It was very well stocked with shampoo, body wash, paper towels, toliet paper, laundry soap, coffee, spices and almost anything else you could have wanted. There was plenty of parking for 4 - 6 cars behind the house. Our only mishap was we ended up being double booked on our last day and had another family show up in the middle of the night to check in, we ended up leaving early to allow the family to stay but gave us quite a fright at first. The owner was very apologetic and said he is working to correct the issue that caused this and refunded some of our stay.

We had family converging from all over the country for my sons College graduation and this was the perfect home! It had plenty of space everywhere, was decorated beautifully, and had a great location. My daughter and I went for morning walks at the local park and we all enjoyed catching up and eating around the large table for dinner. I would absolutely rent the property again if I was in the area.

This house is absolutely beautiful. The owners have done a wonderful job renovating it, and the décor is gorgeous. We were in town for a dance competition and the hotel space nearby was limited (and awfully expensive). This home provided us with the opportunity to be together and certainly saved some money over staying in the area hotels. The host was very responsive and great during our stay, even allowing us to return to grab a casserole dish we had left behind! Thank you for providing us with such awesome accommodations. If we return for another event at the music hall, we will definitely see if it is still available.

Perfect place for my daughter's Victorian Goth Birthday Tea Party!! The house is gorgeous & had plenty of space for casual & dining seating for our guests. We stayed the weekend & the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having tvs in multiple rooms & bedrooms for entertaining during a sleepover.
