Upon arrival, unit was just as described clean and nice. However, it was quickly discovered that the unit had suffered water damage due to an unknown leak in a neighboring room. The properly manager took swift action and had us moved to another room for our stay. That room was just as nice & clean as this room was. Great owner/management group to book from.

This room was exactly like it stated. It is an older resort but well kept. The balcony was fantastic. Sun in the morning view of Apache pier and shade in the afternoon. No room problems at all. The only negative was the price of parking was not clear in description. It said 25 on arrival and 5 a day. I took it as 25 initially and then 5 each additional day. Turned out it was 30 per day which was 180 U.S. for the 6 days we were there. That was hard to swallow when not planned for.
