Beautifully appointed executive vacation rental, well equipped in the heart of downtown Carolina Beach right next to the Marriot Hotel! Three level home boasts ocean view decks and is seconds from the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, entertaining and more! Top level features the master suite with double tiered balcony overlooking the ocean and canal, king bed, flat screen, sunken tub and dual bowl vanity. Second level houses two additional suites with private baths as well as the laundry facilities. Living & dining areas and gourmet kitchen make up the main level.1/2 bath on this level is an added convenience. Parking, side by side, for 2 vehicles, Make and Model of vehicles will need to be approved at time of booking.

The condo is in a great location and it is gorgeous inside! The host was very responsive. All the instructions were clear. Check-out process was simple with minimal clean up required from us. The listing is 100% accurate. Make sure to bring your beach towels, toys, and all toiletries, including hand soap.We would totally stay here again!
