You won't believe this is a beach vacation home! Everything a home can offer plus more!!! Magnificent and rare ocean/lake views in a luxury condominium. A spacious and comfortable home away from home with beach access is just steps away. Guest can sit on the deck and watch love ones play in the sand. Serenity by the Sea is centrally located on a quiet one-way street. Once you park your car, you can toss your keys on the counter since you won't need them again during your stay. Entertainment, fine and casual dining at wonderful local restaurants, shopping and a top 10 ranked boardwalk are all just two blocks away in downtown Carolina Beach. And, don't forget Brits Donuts, ranked number 2 in the United States and is easily addictive. During the high season; enjoy the amusement park, movies at the lake, bingo, fireworks and the farmers market which are all close by.
Serenity-by-the Sea is a beautiful approximate 2000 square foot, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, second row home (top two floors on left quarter of building), with beach access just in front of home. The private elevator is great for luggage, groceries or a ride up. While Serenity by the Sea comfortably sleeps up to 10 guest, there is plenty of room for everyone.
Upon entering Serenity-by the Sea, you will find the ground floor offers a private garage with a private elevator which accesses our two floors. For those of you that need to get some exercise after Brits donuts, there are steps in the common hallway to our home.
We have gone above and beyond furnishing our home to make sure your stay is memorable. Ascend to the top floor and step into the main living area with breathtaking views of the ocean. This level with tile floors, double crown molding and a wall of windows host the living room, dining area, kitchen and primary suite. The living area consist of a large sofa, love seat and rocker. If you need extra sleeping space, open the sofa and it makes a comfortable bed. This room has a large 47” HD smart TV, books, movies and games. Walk outside onto your large private deck and enjoy a meal, glass of wine, reading, relaxing or watching the sunrise.
A stunning open floor plan on the building’s top floor allows easy entertaining for large groups. The dining area includes a large dining room table with seating for 8, while two people can sit at the bar and there is additional seating for two at the pub table. The well equipped kitchen is a chefs dream. We have tried to think of everything a person could need to cook from a sandwich to a full five-course meal. We supply pots, pans, baking dishes, plates, children's plates, wine glasses, blenders, coffee makers, serving bowls and platters and every kind of gadget hoping to meet your culinary skills.
The primary bedroom, with a king bed, large closet, and flat screen smart tv, is also located on the top floor. The primary bath has a large tile shower and separate water closet.
The second floor offers three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first of the three is located on the ocean side with amazing ocean views. There is a large deck with two rocking chairs for our guest to relax and enjoy some quiet time. This room has a queen bed, large closet and a large flat screen smart tv. This room has an adjoining jack-n-jill bathroom.
The second bedroom is a middle bedroom with an elevator entrance. This bedroom has a queen bed, small closet and smart tv. It shares an adjoining jack-n-jill bathroom which has a bath/shower combo and double sinks.
The third bedroom has wonderful lake views and two twin beds. This room has a flat screen smart TV, large closet and large deck with two rocking chairs. It also has a private bath with tiled shower.
Just off of the main living area is a large deck with four chairs and table. Relax outside with a cup of coffee or glass of wine or enjoy a delicious meal outside. Take a stroll over to the beach or grab a good book and beach chair and loose yourself for the day. Serenity-by the Sea is only two blocks from downtown Carolina Beach.

It was a great location. The 88, 90, and 93 year old sisters loved the place. They were extremely glad to have the elevator. They are talking about when they come next year staying in the same place the first weekend in October. Renee was great to work with and answered all of our questions before we even got there.

We were in town for a family wedding. This was the perfect place for six of us! Plenty of room for sure. Beach/ocean views off of two balconies. A lake/water view out of the master bedroom. There was a nice park nearby. And there was plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was very clean and comfortable! We highly recommend!
