It was really nice, and a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, lots of restaurants and shops. Just park and walk. Place was clean and spacious, lots of balconies. Stuff like soaps, trash bags etc were provided so we didn't have to make a run to buy stuff which was great!

This is the best location in town. We enjoyed our stay and the place was perfect for us during our time at Carolina Beach. We never had to move our car because everything was so close and Chris was wonderful and so easy to communicate with and we would love to come back soon! Oh and the views are stunning! Waking up and watching the sunrise over the ocean... from the bed.

Everything was nice but the refrigerator. It worked but didn’t keep things cold. The freezer was cold but didn’t freeze things. We bought a $40 ice cream cake for my daughter’s graduation before we realized that and it was a puddle in the morning! The owner offered to have a new one delivered but we didn’t want to take the time from our already short vacation to wait for it. We asked if he could allow us a small discount for our inconvenience and he said he would on our next stay. In other words, he’s making sure we book this again, and if we don’t he doesn’t lose anything. Pretty disappointed with that part.
