INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 plus tax per pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.
**Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**
From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

The house is great. Well equipped with room for 3 very different generations on 3 very different internal clocks🫣. We had a wonderful week with our kids and their kids

Inside was clean and well taken care of. Location was superb and having a small market a block away was a huge bonus! This place fit our family well. The only downside was the location of the garbage can for outside and the walk path to the front door. Garbage can was in the path to the front door and was infested with flies and overflowing. This was addressed and sort of taken care of. The path to the front door is sloped and its base is wood chips, difficult to roll luggage across. This was the only issue and we would definitely rebook for next year!

We stayed for a long weekend and loved this condo! Location was amazing, short walk to the pier and a convenient store was just next to the house which was great for snacks and water. Property provided chairs and a couple of wagons but we were happy to have rented a metal cart and umbrella. Will consider booking again in the future without question.
