About this house rental
Adorable beach home on a double lot with large pool and heated spa able to host large families or multiple generation families for a beach vacation. Five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On full kitchen is located on first and an additional full kitchen on the second floors. Large front porch for relaxing and backyard has an oversized pool (16 x 38) with attached heated spa (9 x 7). Pool has a tanning ledge in pool entrance area. Located only a few blocks to the beach, and Mike Chapel Park, which has swings, skateboarding park, tennis, pickle ball, baseball field, soccer fields and the newly created Carolina Beach Greenway path.
This adorable beach home offers close proximity to the lake and historic charm of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There are many restaurants and shops conveniently located.

This home was perfect for our family getaway! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool was definitely a highlight—our kids (and adults!) loved it. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is our 3rd summer staying here and we look forward to more. It’s the perfect home to relaxin with the pool being the star of the property. Conveniently located to shops, park and beach. We missed the golf cart but we’re close enough to rent one easily. Definitely a home away from home.

Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed the location. All concerns were addressed and Derek the husband and owner was very professional. The listing had an amenity that was not available and we were not told in advance. Therefore we had no time to explore another accommodation. Amy, the wife and owner was very impatient with talking to me and reminded me over and over again that a fee was not charged. I felt very disrespected as if I’m not clear on contractual terms. I sent a message of thanks and not once replied to with a “you’re welcome “ or “hello”. We loved the home but felt we were not entirely welcomed. Thank you for accepting the reservation.
