Ideally located between the Resort and Harbour/Marina sides of the Island, this fully self contained apartment offers stunning sweeping views across Catseye Bay.
It is in a central location, walking distance to the resort, the beach and the marina village where all the main restaurants and shops are.
Poinciana is a great place to both relax and stay close to the action.
Light and breezy
It is a ground floor apartment that has a large open tiled patio area before an open grassed frontage. Sit back and relax at the outer dining table or one of the two sunlounges and take in the beautiful water view.
The spacious living area is light and airy, backing straight onto the back patio.There is also a stainless steel bbq for your enjoyment.
At dusk the Wallabies even come up and nibble at the grass.
Fully self contained
The apartment has a fully self contained kitchen and laundry.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds or can be made up as queen. There is a second bathroom.
The living area has a double sofa bed. This is great when you have a large group.
Includes Sparkling Wine on arrival and 1x 4 seater buggy.
Valet return Hamilton Island Airport transfers. Look for the sign with your name on it!
Please note, there is a compulsory buggy insurance of $15 per day that will need to be paid directly to the booking agent prior to your arrival

This property suited all our needs. Appliances all worked well, location central to everything. Modern, clean and stocked with a few basic but essential items.

We stayed with our 3 children - one toddler and found the accomodation met our needs. We had all our meals there and found the facilities on par with a home kitchen. The BBQ was also handy. The main bedroom is large and ensuite is large as well. There is no bath however.
The use of the buggy for the week was great as was collection and drop off to the airport along with our luggage.
What it takes to be a 5 star property? Foxtel channels are random and availability differs by room. Internet availability is extremely low usage (500mb a day), so streaming content or uploading your holiday photos to the cloud isn't possible without incurring excess charges.
All staff that we met or corresponded with were very friendly and helpful.
