Location and that it came with a 4 seat golf buggy.
The size of the second bedroom was way too small for a double and single beds. The wifi strength is very weak. Second bedroom aircon does not cool properly.

Spacious apartment for 2 adults with direct views and access to Cats Eye beach and a dedicated Buggy
Glass sliding doors in two rooms with direct access to shared lawn did not lock... only the fly-screen sliding doors could lock which offered no security for our possessions within the apartment while we were away for extended periods of time.
