About this apartment rental
The Lagoon 201 apartment is located on the beachfront on the resort side of the Island, with views over Catseye beach.
Unit is on the top floor with stunning views; it has a magnificent balcony, an outdoor setting, sun lounge and BBQ.
The apartment is fully self-contained, fully air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen and bath towels are supplied. (You need to bring your own beach towels). There is a Plasma TV (Austar), DVD player, stereo with CD player in the living room.
The master bedroom, which opens on to the balcony, has a king size bed, LCD TV (Austar), and dressing room with ensuite. The second bedroom has a king bed or 2 singles. There is 1 foldaway bed, cot, high chair and stroller/Pram available.
To get around the island with ease, you are provided with the exclusive use of a complimentary buggy. You will also be met by our valet service at the airport or ferry terminal and taken to your apartment. This service is also provided for your return.
You’ll have access to all resort facilities, including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. There’s also child-minding and baby-sitting services.

Whatever takes your fancy in the food stakes; there are more than ten restaurants to choose from, various take-away outlets, a bakery and IGA Supermarket on the Island. You can also take advantage of ordering your groceries prior to your arrival with IGA Airlie Beach Online and have them delivered to the Island.
Most credit cards are accepted and there are several ATM’s around the Island. EFTPOS facilities are also available.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lagoon 201. Very clean and great view of the water. The only thing I can fault the property is the carpet needs to be replaced and walls need a paint

LOTS OF ROOM AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN AN APARTMENT. BATHROOMS NEED UPDATING BUT DIDNT WORRY US, BUT IF YOU WANTED TO USE THE AREA THEY CALL BATH I WOULDNT AS NOT A PROPER BATH JUST A TILED LARGE AREA AT BOTTOM OF DOUBLE SHOWER AND DOES NOT LOOK HEALTHY ENOUGH TO BATHE IN. ENJOYED THE GOLF CART WHICH COMES WITH THE UNIT, BUT WOULD OF LOVED PLASTIC COVER FOR IT WHEN THE RAIN PELTS DOWN AS IT DOES IN QUEENSLAND AND YOU AND THE CART END UP VERY WET WHILE GETTING TO AND FROM APARTMENT, BUT GLAD TO HAVE THE USE OF IT. OVERALL HAD A GREAT STAY.
