Frangipani 103 - Hamilton Island

Our buggy broke down on a Saturday, and the staff just said that they are not responsible for the buggies and we will have to wait till Monday. There was a number on the buggy for emergencies, we called, the person picked up, said they’ll be there in some time and never turned up for another hour. Repeated calls were ignored and turned to voicemail. The frangipani staff then mentioned that they (the buggy repair emergency staff) don’t work on weekends. We were offered to hire a replacement buggy but it was too late too little, due to peak season all the buggies were sold out. There is no sync between the Buggy (also house keeping staff) and the Whitsundays holidays. The person ( which Frangipani people arranged) came on Monday and fixed it. He mentioned that the number on the buggy belongs to the owner and he is 70+ years old!! Man, then please hire someone who can answer the call in case of an emergency!!

Great location near everything! Beautiful view of the ocean and loved the cockatoos and wallaby’s!

The second bedroom was supposed to be made for a king bed not 2 twins but when we arrived just 2 twins. Actually, we tried to put them together but the only plug in the room made it not possible. Better for a family not 2 couples traveling together.

The view was AMAZING

COCKROACHES!! The place was not the cleanest. It has tiny ants everywhere, a hornets nest on the balcony, and we were mortified to wake up to cockroaches in our bathroom every night. We never got a good sleep just thinking about them.
