Great location, comfy beds , great facilities.

Was very comfortable

New and fresh had all the necessary utensils for dine in nights.

Unfortunately it rained and the property had leaks come through the ceiling. Valet service was poor, needed more attention with the luggage

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re thinking of staying anywhere else on Hamilton Island… don’t. Chris and Rebecca’s Frangipani 204 is next level. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a private slice of paradise that somehow manages to be both luxurious and completely relaxing at the same time. The apartment is impeccably styled, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that make you feel genuinely cared for — not just like a guest, but like someone they want to have an incredible stay. The views are breathtaking, the space is light and calm, and everything you could possibly need is right there. It’s one of those places where you immediately exhale and think, “Yep. This is it.” But what truly sets this stay apart is Chris and Rebecca themselves. Their communication was flawless — warm, responsive, and so helpful from start to finish. Nothing felt too hard, no question was too small, and it was obvious they take real pride in ensuring their guests have the best experience possible. Frangipani 204 isn’t just accommodation — it’s an experience. We made memories here we’ll genuinely treasure, and it’s the kind of place you leave already planning your return. Thank you, Chris and Rebecca, for sharing such a beautiful space and for being such exceptional hosts. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Hamilton Island again. 🌴✨ Great way to make things easy for a family stay .. beach towels included , buggy included and the no key entry made it way for all Family members to come and go with ease. Kitchen well stocked has everything you need if you want to cook . Laundry great .. hardly needed to wash coming home. BBQ spotless ! Three well appointed bathrooms one with a bath tub ! Air conditioner … works very well! Space for a big family to either be together or have some space and rest ! Great location and the pool On the premises is well maintained clean ! Can get over crowded but with the amount of pools On offer on the island that’s no big issue at all.
